We are appealing for witnesses following a report of a man indecently exposing himself in Chertsey. The incident took place on Bridge Road by the bus stop of ‘Weir Road towards Chertsey’ between 7:45am and 8:15am on Tuesday, 10 February. He is described as a Black man, around 30-years-old, about 6 foot tall and of slim build. He was said to be wearing neutral coloured clothing, described as tan and green. Detective Constable Rory Simpson said: “I understand the concern an offence of this nature may cause, and I want to reassure residents it is being treated extremely seriously. “A huge amount of work has already been done by the investigation team including a CCTV trawl of the area and house-to-house enquiries. “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time. We are also seeking CCTV, dashcam, or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident. "I urge anyone with any information that might assist our investigation to contact us as soon as possible at Contact us | Surrey Police quoting PR/45260015987." If you do not wish to speak to police, you can contact independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
